We are open, honest and transparent. It’s the sort of thing most businesses say and it a clear message to customers to say “you can trust us.” Well we have taken that whole process a step further by becoming a certified organisation having completed a comprehensive due diligence process administered by TRACE, the world’s leading anti-bribery standard setting organization.

This is an important step for our customers because it demonstrates that Safina has completed internationally accepted due diligence procedures which, through certification, shows we are committed to commercial transparency. Throughout all of our business processes we demonstrate a clear commitment to customers: this is more than telling them we are a valued partner, this is also showing them why we are to be trusted.

Safina is part of IACC Holdings and for four decades we have worked in conjunction with our sister companies to provide the highest standards of cargo services, stevedoring, ship agency and husbandry services to vessels coming into Egyptian waters. Our reputation is built on service and supported by testimonials and satisfied customers but we have taken this a step further with our TRACE certification.

Transparency is not always seen in business. Some try to hide their operations and hope their customers believe in them and let them get on with their work. At Safina we believe that creating a strong partnership with customers starts with telling them who you are, what you do and how you do it.
